I am Jo Berman (nee Kyne) and have been working with individuals and corporates for the last ten years as a fitness trainer.

On a 1:1 basis, I've worked locally at The Royal Berkshire Health & Racquets Club and The Windsor Club. I am now delighted to be working from a private studio in Ascot, Berkshire.

Postural & Dynamic Assessments

This really is a starting point for most people. An initial assessment of posture, range of movement and movement patterns will highlight tight and weak muscles. It gives both my client and me a basis from which to work from that is clear, personal and targeted.

The Health & Fitness MOT

A thorough picture of your health and fitness, including measures of core strength, blood sugar, cholesterol. You will receive a full report to take away, with clearly defined areas of your health for improvement.

1:1 sessions and Small classes

Completely tailored, progressive and goal-driven 1:1 sessions, at a time to suit you. Alternatively, join a group of 4-6 likeminded people for a focused and fun session.


Weight Loss

I use healthy, proven strategies to promote weight loss. I run workshops and small groups plus 1:1 guidance to encourage long tem, habit changing weight management. My clients have seen some fantastic results, and have learnt some key lifestyle changes, to encourage their weight loss to be future-proof.

Kickboxing

Oh, this is fun! And, perfect for the type of person that hates exercise! A great stress buster and excellent for interval training and toning.

Yoga

Lose yourself in the world of yoga, improving balance, flexibility, general tone and core strength. It's a challenging, effective session, great for stamina and strength, and at the same time, calming and empowering

 

height= Back care, niggles and injuries

Exercising in the RIGHT way can improve back issues and other muscular problems. I work with the latest methods in corrective exercise to promote long-term improvement and pain-free bodies!

 

 

Core and strength training

We all need to be building strong bodies to enjoy life to the max, for now and our older years. Bone health, mobility and good posture; the right strength work will encourage all these benefits. It's also great for weight loss, metabolism and tone.

Cardio Fitness And Stamina
